We negotiated a contract with an un-named firm to start writing an intranet/reporting site. After 3 months of design, we had minimal work and the contractor left us. We talked with Robert. He came in and COMPLETELY rewrote the existing 3 months of work (because of poor design) in 3 days, and we were off to the races. One month later, we had a beautiful, intuitive intranet website published. His understanding of business and ability to foresee future needs, combined with his strict OO style of programming allowed us to easily enhance the site and provided us with an very stable site that is still unchanged and in use 5 years later.
